Suzanne Duce

Suzanne is Research Project Manager at the Centre for Argument Technology. She has a BSc in chemistry from the University of Southampton and a PhD in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) from the University of Cambridge. She joined the School of Life Sciences at the University of Dundee in 2007, after being awarded a Wellcome Trust Career Re-entry Fellowship to study development and disease aetiology using MRI. Since then, Suzanne has managed several clinical trials in the School of Medicine at Ninewells Hospital. Most recently she worked in the Division of Computational Biology as the Jalview Outreach and Training Officer. Whilst at Dundee, she has participated in a wide range of public engagement activities and produced several YouTube videos, secondary school bioinformatics resources, two illustrated children’s books and a science-themed comic.
